To enable us to help you best, please use this form to contact the Helpline nurses. The E-mail service is subject to the same level of security and confidentiality as calls made to the Helpline – all e-mails are filed in a password locked file.
We try to answer most enquiries within five working days, but sometimes it may take longer due to the volume of enquiries we sometimes receive.
Whilst we appreciate that some people prefer to contact us by email, you are likely to get a much quicker response from us if you telephone our Helpline on 0800 074 8383. The Helpline is staffed by Specialist Nurses and open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday evenings.
